Privacy notice

This notice explains how Taigency handles personal information submitted through taigency.co.za. We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

Information we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, organisation (if provided), the area of interest you select and the message you write.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and to manage the resulting business conversation. We do not sell personal information and we do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it

Enquiries are stored in a managed database (Supabase) and notification email is delivered through a transactional email provider (Resend). The website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process information on our behalf.

Retention

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the business relationship, and delete them on request where the law allows.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Write to hello@taigency.co.za and we will respond. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
