EventOps — Event Management ERP
The event ERP I built end-to-end — quoting, finance, crew, logistics, compliance and real-time comms in one place, with AI running through every step. Live and in free beta at eventops.africa.
The situation
Event production companies run on five disconnected tools and a dozen WhatsApp groups. Quotes live in spreadsheets, crew scheduling in someone's head, logistics on paper, and finance in yet another system. Nothing talks to anything, so the same information gets re-entered five times and things fall through the cracks on show day.
What I built
EventOps replaces that whole stack with one platform: quotations, finance, crew management, logistics, compliance and real-time comms, all multi-tenant and secured with Postgres row-level security so every company only ever sees its own data. AI is wired through the core — not bolted on — to draft quotes, summarise jobs and keep the operator moving instead of typing. It's live at eventops.africa with a marketing landing page at the root and the app behind sign-in, running free during beta while real event companies help shape it.
