An AI WhatsApp receptionist that answers, qualifies and books every enquiry — 24/7 — so a lead never waits for business hours. Wired into the calendar and billing from day one, not bolted on later.
The situation
Most small businesses lose money in the gap between a message arriving and someone being free to answer it. A lead texts at 8pm, gets a reply at 11am the next day, and by then they've booked the competitor who answered first. Hiring a human receptionist to cover every hour doesn't pay for itself — but neither does letting the phone ring out.
What I built
ForgeReply is an AI receptionist that lives on WhatsApp, where South Africans actually talk. It answers instantly in plain language, asks the qualifying questions a good front-desk person would, and — when the lead is ready — books them straight into the calendar and takes the deposit. It's the same pattern I use across the portfolio: an AI agent wired into the funnel, with honesty rules so it never invents an answer, and a human kept in the loop for anything it's unsure about. The point isn't a chatbot that deflects; it's a receptionist that closes.
