FundReady SA — Funding & Tender Toolkits
An automated digital-products business selling done-for-you funding and tender readiness toolkits for South African businesses — the exact documents you need to apply, packaged, priced and sold through an online store.
The situation
Most small South African businesses miss out on funding and tenders not because they don't qualify, but because the paperwork is a wall — they don't know which documents they need or how to present them. The knowledge exists; it just isn't packaged in a way anyone can buy and use today.
What I built
FundReady SA turns that paperwork into products. A landing site with a funding-readiness wizard qualifies visitors, then sells a laddder of digital toolkits — a free readiness checklist as the top of funnel, then the core Funding Toolkit, a Tender Pack, a Job-Getter CV pack and side-hustle starter kits. Checkout runs through Acalytica + Paystack, and a Pinterest pin engine (built from Canva specs) drives free traffic into the funnel. It's designed to run as an automated business — traffic in, products out, with the whole catalogue and store live.

Jul 2026
Launched the store and catalogue, switched the payment stack to Acalytica + Paystack, and added the funding-readiness wizard and Pinterest engine.

Fixed the wizard's email-capture gate, which had a TODO stub silently dropping every lead instead of sending it anywhere; wired it to MailerLite. Also fixed a broken placeholder rendering literally on the live landing page, added Buy buttons to every pricing row, and wired Paystack Payment Page links into both the landing page and the wizard.

Cleared a second unresolved {{MAILERLITE_FORM}} placeholder that was still rendering as literal text in the landing page's "Start free" section — the wizard button already captures leads, so the leftover placeholder was simply removed.
