PropFlow — The AI That Runs an Estate Agent's Day
An AI assistant that answers an estate agent's WhatsApp — qualifying buyers, sharing the right listings, coordinating owner confirmations and booking viewings — so the agent runs the day instead of drowning in messages.
The situation
An estate agent's real job is showing property and closing deals — but most of the day disappears into WhatsApp: answering the same questions, chasing owners for viewing times, figuring out which buyer is actually serious. The leads come in on WhatsApp because that's where South Africa lives, but a human can only type so fast, and the serious buyer who waited an hour has already messaged three other agents.
What I built
PropFlow puts an AI assistant on the agent's own WhatsApp number. It qualifies a buyer in conversation, pulls up listings that actually match, coordinates with owners to confirm viewing slots, and books the appointment — all through a proper multi-tenant platform where each agent has their own assistant, personality and calendar. It runs on the official Meta Cloud API, not a grey-area workaround, because a tool you can't sell isn't a product. Agents onboard themselves through a WhatsApp signup flow and a passwordless login — the platform is built to sell to many agents, not hand-configure one.
